The order process is as follows:

For custom products

Add the custom product to the cart→ Confirm credit card details and shipping address → Confirm the final price and design → The credit card will be charged → Production begins → The item is shipped. It takes about 4 weeks to produce custom-ordered products.

For stock products

Add the items to the cart → Confirm credit card details and shipping address → Confirm shipping charges → The credit card will be charged → The item is shipped.

Stock items will be shipped immediately, but delivery time varies depending on the destination. Please contact us for details.

Payment should be made by credit. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club International, American Express, or JCB.

When purchasing Japanese goods from overseas, customs duties may apply. In such cases, please note that the purchaser is responsible for any customs duties. Returns are not accepted.
